With the belief that a more effective way of leading a company begins with a more alive and connected way of life, Apart Japan host, Rob, has provided professional, life coaching and counsel to leaders of small non-profits to executives at the highest levels of the largest multi-national corporations.

A question that is consistently raised from participants in his coaching, is how to incorporate into their daily work and life what one learns/experiences in coaching or by stepping apart or using reflective structures. It is not just a matter of stress management. It is about changing how one approaches life. Rob has successfully helped executives with this for over 25 years.

While the bulk of his current service is with executives who have been identified by their companies for development and coaching, through ApartJapan, coaching sessions with Rob are available. Sessions are available worldwide.
